Melanie Henschke studied English Linguistics and Rhetorics at the University of Tuebingen.

Main areas of interest:

• the syntax-semantics interface
• processing ellipsis and ambiguous structures
• intonation, focus and the function of contrast
• relationship between form, meaning and function
